Working with Focus on Media to promote Kier Living's eastern developments
How we helped
Kier Living were looking to promote their eastern developments and increase their current database. With the developments all having excellent commuter links, we created a campaign to target those currently living in London. The campaign would show the vast benefits of moving out of the city, whilst still being within easy reach.
The messaging “relocate today for a better life tomorrow”, focused on the key areas of improvement; better work-life balance, including space for a home office, plenty of outdoor space and easy commuter links.
Using all digital channels allowed us to segment and hone in on the exact target audience we were looking to attract. These included Facebook and Instagram, Google Paid Search and property portal eshots.
What was achieved
Working with Focus on Media, we created a variety of assets to support the digital campaign. The initial campaign ran for one month and included Rightmove eshots to expand the database, Facebook and Instagram campaigns, alongside programmatic banners, each carefully targeting buyers in London.
Within the first month of the campaign going live, social generated 52 leads alone. Due to good traffic being driven to the website, the campaign has continued to run with over 180 leads generated and 5,500 visits to the website.
The campaign continues to drive website traffic and is now being updated and refreshed to continue to promote Kier Living’s high-quality homes to London buyers.
