A bespoke brand design for Catalyst's NEON development, complete with a range of collateral to market this exciting development
How we helped
NEON is a stylish collection of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments available through Shared Ownership in Burnt Oak, Edgware. As this is a large Catalyst development in a vibrant London location, we helped to create a bespoke brand to market the homes.
After researching the development and local area, we came up with personas for potential purchasers at NEON. From this, we were able to really focus our messaging in order to deliver a strong brand and personality for the development suited to the tastes of the people we thought would be buying there. Creating these personas not only guided our creativity but ensured a targeted approach in the media that we booked to promote our message.
Once we had the bespoke branding set up, we started to realise the design across a plethora of media, literature, signage and even a marketing suite designed by our sister company, Focus Experiential, in order to create a consistently strong and effective brand image.
What was achieved
We built a database in the lead-up to the launch by utilising a range of different media platforms such as social media, portal emails, outdoor advertising and printed adverts.
Once the site had launched, we maintained momentum in sales with a steady flow of targeted media.
Events have been put on at NEON to help guide those who may be stepping onto the property ladder for the first time. A ‘lunch and learn’ event was held recently, which led to reservations and further interest in the current homes on offer. It also helped prospects learn more about buying their first home.
