A fresh brand concept and brochure for Weston Homes' Queens Walk development
How we helped
Upon receipt of technical drawings and accommodation schedule, we were tasked by Weston Homes to create 3 branding concepts for the new development in East Grinstead. This included visiting the development to get a feel for the local area, speaking to local agents to discover the target market and area research to know what attractions make East Grinstead a good place to live.
What was achieved
From the research that the Client Services team had constructed, this was then passed on to the Design team, where 3 designs and development names were born. The team created various brochure spreads, hoarding layouts and advert designs to present in a pitch format to Weston Homes. The Queens Walk design was chosen; we then were supplied approved technical drawings and CAD files to begin working up the floor plans and CGIs to populate the brochure.
The finished product, was a clean, modern and sophisticated design printed as an oversized A4 brochure, 68pp plus 2pp transparent section with 4pp cover with a PUR binding. The cover was printed onto a 350gsm silk stock with clear block foiling to the outer cover. The inner pages were printed onto a 170gsm silk stock with spot UV varnishing used to highlight key messages and images throughout the brochure.
