Sage Summer Campaign
Success with Sage as our summer campaign results in five fully reserved developments
How we helped
We were tasked by Sage Housing to create a campaign that would sell their stock plots. The aim was to help customers get on the property ladder and assist them with a range of incentives that will help them. They offered £99 reservation fee, legal fees contribution, a Love2Shop voucher and rent holiday. The intention was to provide peace of mind during uncertain times and to show the commitment Sage has to its customers to help make their next move happen.
What was achieved
For the campaign itself, we came up with a summer campaign using the headline ‘Don’t let summer pass you by’ – we focused on the incentives available and created an eye-catching design. Upon approval, we rolled out the design to all assets including an emailer which was sent out to the database and directed traffic to the landing page we designed and built.
Working with Focus on Media, we created assets for the media suggested and Focus on Media ran PPC, Facebook, Instagram posts and GDN’s.
Overall, we are very pleased with the results, the campaign ran for 8 weeks and in that time 69 reservations were made and 5 sites fully reserved.
