How we helped

Teledyne e2v is a global leader in specialised components and subsystems for innovative solutions in media, science, aerospace and defence industrial applications. They run an award-winning apprenticeship scheme which provides students with the opportunity to work with the brightest in the engineering world and gain hands-on experience while achieving a recognised qualification.

Teledyne e2v came to us to help them promote the apprenticeship scheme on social media and generate awareness and applications.

What was achieved

We were tasked with putting together an initial 3-month content plan for Facebook and Instagram which included developing a new look and feel for the campaign. We developed an Instagram grid design to freshen up the feed but kept it consistent with the design we created for the previous apprentices’ campaign.

We posted informative content, including a countdown to the applications opening, as well as fun content with the apprentices around key calendar dates such as Christmas Jumper Day.

Since starting the campaign in November, the Facebook content has reached over 15,000 people, while the Instagram account has seen over 46,000 impressions. The content shared continues to perform well and has raised an awareness of what the apprenticeship scheme is about.
