The Printworks Virtual Launch
From pre-event to post-event, we created everything required for the Preview Event of a brand new development in Dunstable.
How we helped
We were tasked by Catalyst New Homes to adapt to the ever-changing situation and capitalise on the great level of interest there has been in the build-up to a new development coming soon to Dunstable called The Printworks. We were asked to put together an exhibition-style online event to allow the registrants on the database an exclusive preview on the new homes and the first look at a virtual tour of the show home.
What was achieved
Working with Focus on Media, we created a variety of promotional material to support their media campaign to build interest in the event.
Focus on Media ran paid search event adverts and image adverts towards the virtual launch sign up pages starting 2 weeks before the virtual launch event. It was a very tight turnaround but we stepped up to deliver a successful campaign.
For the launch itself, we put together a presentation, given via Zoom, that introduced both Catalyst New Homes and the new development. It informed the attendees of the USP’s of The Printworks and the benefits of reserving at this early stage. Plus, we gave them information about the housetypes available in the first release, their prices and included the aforementioned virtual tour that they were able to have an exclusive first viewing of.
Successful pre-event promotion via email and social media resulted in there being over 140 attendees across both the morning and afternoon sessions. A total of 54 appointments were booked within 6 minutes of the emailer arriving in people’s inboxes which in turn has resulted in 10 of the 16 homes available being reserved.
Overall we were very pleased with these results and we are already looking at replicating the event for some of other Catalyst’s other coming soon developments.
Focus have now become the experts of virtual preview events and we are already working on the next development launching in Houghton Regis. Keep your eyes peeled for more insights on how we market property virtually, crucial in the ever-changing world we now live in.
